Hello Spring ! Great to get to March and see the plants popping through .

As ever with new updates , the forum has had one too and it always take me day or two to get into the swing of the new changes . Not helped today by my son with his rapping music in my ear . Can’t believe when I started here they were just wee boys  . Soon the youngest will be through uni and granny has managed to see it all thanks to her wise team . She was  completely discharged yesterday ! Another new chapter begins and just like spring she is strengthening.

To all new people , feel free to join in the chat . Help encourage each other through the process and show us what you are up to . Photos of what you are achieving and been up to are most welcome but not of other people as it breaches the guidelines .
Take are and have a good day.

I find a bright blue sky makes me so happy.
These grey skies are so depressing

  • I so agree, Ann. Tried to upload a couple of lovely photos of blue skies and spectacular sunsets but the app isn't co-operating.

I hope that things improve for both of you soon.

    Take care x

  • We have back to back checks. My chest X-ray tomorrow for lung cancer monitoring, My brothers results were in today and he needs another PET scan his levels are rising and Joe April a scan to check his  liver.

Once we are done things will seem brighter.

  • My brother passed away suddenly at the end of January, followed by my sister-in-law a fortnight later. On top of that I ended up on hospital with dehydration which then threw up a kidney/calcium issue coupled with the sudden realisation that my records hadn't followed me from NHS Borders to Glasgow (been trying to get that sorted since November). Hopefully it will all come right in the end - and I feel fine.

Hope the checks all go well  Ann and you and your husband get good news. You too, #Court. - I hope that mum is keeping fine. It's always a worry.

Last day in the sun today then home to face the music - more bloods and a sigmoidoscopy Flushed

  • Oh relax and enjoy the blue sky ! Smiley
