anal and bowel cancer, not primary's bowl movements ok no pain just go very cold, nauseous and pass out, not every time. any advice. PS I'm not treatable

I'd suggest a quick review of your blood by your Consultant, CNS or GP.
They found regular saline drips for a short period helped mitigate my passing out spells. All bodies react differently and have different needs, but blood work review by the right experts may help identify options.
