Met with doc on Monday and MRI shows a 'steady' result. Mets in liver remain but no movement. CT scan booked for Sunday, yes Sunday!!! To check on primary and what lung mets are up to!! Phew life sure is busy sometimes!!! Friday will be magnesium infusion!!!! But all in all we plod along keeping things under control. Need to celebrate the small wins!!!!!
This is good news LinSA . Stability is wonderful .
Hoping for more good news .
All the best with your infusion and hope it brings your magnesium up .
Mum got hers back . Not dropped but not gone up . Another two weeks of sachets but not wanting it ! So I have made a magnesium rich cereal and she has to start taking a big bowl full and dark chocolate. Will phone the GP next week about my wee rebel .
I have noticed a lot of scans are now at the weekend . At least the car parks are less occupied . I always hate when the clinics are on and the car park full !
I can feel a thread emerging. Things we really hate !!
Take care ,

Hi LinSA, steady and stable is definitely a win! I’m on a watch and wait regime and my next ‘watch’ is Tuesday. A steady and stable result is what I’m hoping for as it opens up the possibility of radiotherapy but need to go through another watch and wait cycle before my oncologist considers that option further.
Keep winning.
