Hello everyone - & a Very Happy New Year!

I had my recent follow up CT Scan a couple of weeks before Xmas, & received the letter from my Hospital this morning. I knew they were the results, but the envelope was brown (not the usual white one.) & I was highly suspicious & frightened by it. It took me half an hour to pluck up the courage to open it!

However, the results were 'all clear.' & obviously, I am feeling very relieved!

I am now almost into my 5th year of being clear - following my bowel cancer diagnosis in May '19, then Lung cancer Mets.in 2020

I was 70 yrs. when first diagnosed, so feel very fortunate that the Ops, & Chemo helped me to carry on & go forward. I still visit this wonderful helpful forum - to give advice, where I can.

I feel for those who are recently diagnosed, & struggling right now - having been there, & I'm wishing you all the very best. However, it's never the end, & you can get through it - & move forward

Many best wishes

Marianne
