Hi everyone,
I hope everybody has had a lovely Christmas.
Well after what seems like the worst year ever, we have had a meeting with the surgeon and as from today my husband is now 99.9% cancer free.
They found a few tiny cells after his last MRI, CT and colonoscopy and biopsy but they cannot confirm if it is cancer or not.
They don't want to operate as he will have to have a permanent bag and they don't think it will be beneficial as the cells could just be nothing.
So he has now been put on the watch and wait, 3 monthly scans and colonoscopy.
I just wanted to share the news as we are so happy and this New Years eve will be having a glass of wine or 2.
What a year.
Take care Kell xx
Lovely way to end 2023. Wishing you both a very happy start to 2024
