Hello. I seem to remember reading somewhere that there was a NHS program that you could get referred to by your GP or Pharmacist where (I think) it was a 12 week program which prepared you for your surgery, both mentally and physically. It had dietary/nutritional assistance and I think there was even an app which could be used to help you along the way. But for the life of me, I can't remember where I saw it.
Does anyone else know anything about this or have I dreamt it? Thank you in advance
Hi I’m going to tag court as her memory’s better than mine! I’ve googled a little bit and different health authorities seem to have well-being plans so maybe you could ask your support nurse for one local to you? This link is to the cancer research page which may have a few links

You might find this an interesting read in the mean time as it’s from the Royal college of Anaesthetists in preparation for surgery .
