Good morning everyone
Over the past couple of days my bowel movements have changed from not being able to go hardly at all to having to go several times and having to push almost involuntarily.
It is also affecting my passing of urine meaning it very difficult to go standing up without diarrhea or poo coming out whilst I'm trying to go for a wee then I sit down and have a few bowel moments which is good in one way as I was in terrible tummy pain yesterday not so much today.
I've been told my tumor is pushing up against my prostate maybe the tumor has shifted?
Any suggestions or ideas would be so welcome please

I am sorry to hear that you are having diarrhoea, tummy pain and it is affecting you passing urine.
I would suggest giving your CNS or GP a call and asking them to evaluate the new symptoms. The diarrhoea, tummy pain and its affect on you passing urine need to be checked out if only for some reassurance. They will also be able to give you some medication to help with the diarrhoea.
