Sometimes you have to just run away , recharge your batteries then come back and get on with the work !
Flowers , beautiful beaches and managed to catch the storks before they migrated . Watched them fly off . Enormous and beautiful.
However , back to oncology today to do the needful .
Down to earth with a little bump !
Have as good a weekend as you can.

Came home to a bush full of butterflies!
It’s been a week for sure on the whole treatment rollercoaster. A year to the exact date I found my dad on the floor I found mum unable to move or speak . She was amazingly still standing . But shaking and rigid .
Immediately called an ambulance who were fast and she was immediately taken to ED . Thankfully they thought it was more magnesium related or infection . By morning she was coming around nicely and her recovery was fast . But what a fright . Home twelve hours and felt it was time to head out and enjoy the day .
I have to say this one got me a bit especially as I past the side room where they told me the extent of my dad’s stroke. I did not think a year to the day I would be back .
But it’s life and best foot forward to embracing recovery .
Onwards we go .
Have a good weekend . I have one offspring running the half marathon in memory of his papa .
Other than that I am lying low .

Court.I’m thinking of you.
Take time off
My mother used to say I’m having a dressing gown day.
Meaning no visitors or phone calls
She was never very tactful and became less so in her eighties and nineties but at times she liked her own space
Sending you a hug
Xxxx

Oh thank you . Artsie
Did manage some sleep last night .
My son phoned to say a large Lorry had hit him on the motorway. No one hurt but what a fright.
Going to do some gardening today and chill a little .
I had a night on my own this summer , not a sound , just me and the sea .
Bliss !
Have a good day .
