My appetite is very poor at the moment I'm on lonsurf tablets I have mentioned it to my team but they just said eat what you fancy but I don't fancy anything in particular.
I'm wondering if there are any decent drinks I could take to help me out I'm worried I'm not get all I need and my energy is very low.
This trying to survive is hard at times.
My team gave me the fortisip milkshakes and I have also had the fresubin juice as well. Might be worth speaking to your doctor about these? Horrid isn’t it when people are saying you should eat but you just don’t fancy anything. I found I struggled with fancying savoury food but could eat sweet stuff I lived on cake and puddings for a while lol. I also found things with more flavour/spices etc a bit more appetising.
Hope that helps a bit and your appetite returns soon. Take care

Sending you a big hug HazG. As @Ali08 says you can get Fortisip on prescription from your doctor - some are nicer than others - but they’re about 250 cals in an actimel sized bottle. I’ve attached a link that might have a few ideas but try to add calories to whatever you can manage? I think it was Ann who enjoyed fish finger sandwiches and added calories by using full fat butter and mayo. Some of the supermarket little desserts might be tempting or full fat yoghurts?

Hope some of the ideas you’ve been given are helpful
Take care
