I was diagnosed with bowel cancer 5 years ago in August. I've had surgery and been on nivolumab immunotherapy. My latest scan 30th June shows the mets to my lungs have stayed the same for 4 years while on treatment. The best news is , my bowel is clear and all lymph nodes in bowel and surrounding areas are clear so I can have a 12 week break from Treatment and take a holiday, I'm so pleased. It just shows there is hope out there, stay positive. I mostly post on incurable site. Xx
