Can’t believe we are in July already and hopefully you will all be getting better weather than the torrential rain we have had this week to start our School holidays . Garden is enjoying it though .

Mum continues to have a good quality of life and hopefully the treatment keeps doing it’s thing .

Hope you are all having a good weekend .

Enjoy what you can .

  • Wow, that's half the year gone.... and I've already been back a week...

On a better note how's this? Saw the photo on faceache, and kept it as I thought it remarkably clever. An idea for towns maybe? A stone tree!!! Take care all.

  • Good to hear Re your mum

    love the stone tree

sorry I’ve been quiet. … I still check in now and again

Been celebrating my big 6-0.  Spent a beautiful couple of weeks island hopping in the South Pacific. OMG so stunning

    Hope everyone travelling postive xx

  • Never seen anything like this  it’s amazing . How clever !

Wish more walls looked like this !

  • Need a minor rant! My brain thinks my lymphedema appointment is this week and is getting geared up for it.... but its next week! So one half of the brain is fighting the other!! Very unsettling! Must admit I can't wait, even if it comes to nothing.

On a good note my little Tangle is now 6 weeks without a seizure!!!! Long may this continue! The scullcap and valerian is working (tempting fate here) , and I have a braver, bouncier dog back. Said dog for tax.

  • On hols in Swanage, beachside apartment. Pic is me warming up in my dryrobe after first swim of the holiday.

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

  • Unfortunately the river/sea pollution has got me and I have gastroenteritis Slight frown

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

  • Oh Jings  . I can sympathise with the memory . It’s brilliant at times and lets us down at others .

Great news regarding wee Tangle . So happy about this wee guy !

Good on you ! I am so impressed . You are made of strong stuff . Now you need to head north and dip in our Moray Firth for a chill !

Brilliant to see you having a blast .

  • I’m on holiday with my brother who lives in Spain. My son and children were here and we surprised them in their pool. We had a wonderful time playing with the grandkids and had lovely family time

Now it’s just the three of us. We have a large villa and private pool.
I found swimming great exercise for my lungs so hopefully I will get fit not fat. Or maybe both x

  • Am in training for the Race 4 Life on Sunday, so fingers crossed it is neither very hot, nor a wash out. Tangle helps! Though I won't take her on the day, too many people for her. Seems a struggle to get any sponsorship this year, oh well I tried. Day out at Borth/Ynslas tomorrow can't wait!

  • Good luck with Race for Life. I used to jog the one at Weston super mare. Twas so hard trying to run on sand.
