Hi All
I had APR surgery end September 2022. Its a long process to to get used to your new life and path to fully recover. Its been 9 months since and a still need special cusion sometimes to sit for long periods of time.
Sitting nomally 100% takes a long time. Sitting fairly comfortably takes 3 to 4 months and gets better all the time. 9 months later is still tender sometimes and not 100%
Dont despair be patient
Regards
Arno
