Welcome to June . Not sure what happened to May but it started like winter and ended like summer .
On caring duties today with a list to contend with so making an early start .

Great to have mum back home from hospital .  So it’s chores and not hospital visits today and that is just fine by me .

We seem to have lots of sunshine here .

Take care ,

  • Congratulations on your wedding anniversary! Doing the washing RoflRofl. I love watching washing lines when on holiday . Everywhere you go some poor soul has to tackle the washing . It’s universal .

However it’s a special day for you so well done and hope many more follow .

You made me laugh out loud about the hospital phoning . How true is that .

Making the most of every minute here .Court x

  • Thanks for sharing your special occasion with your Mum. It’s lovely to read her progress and determination to make the most.
I think that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree Court

  • Yes very much and Elton that took me back to when we saw him live in Bristol on the first Yellow Brick Road tour. Now I’m feeling old. We also saw Queen with Bohemian Rhapsody. Blimey I’m way past vintage.
Always enjoyed Cat Stevens too after thirty years he’s back. Amazing and he looked great. I knew every word. Ha ha I sang away luckily we are detached as don’t think my young neighbours would appreciate my Glastonbury moments.

  • I did threaten every year to actually go but Joe really isn’t keen on camping and definitely would not be happy if it rained. Now sharing bathroom facilities that’s not for him either. He’s hilarious. I’ve been on lots of camps with the brownies guides and school not worried about it just crack on with whatever.
We took six weeks in a campervan on the east coast. Now that he liked mostly but the camping experience in Oz is very different. Some sites had en-suites. Amazing

Whilst others were long drop. Ha ha

makes me smile thinking about it now
