Tiredness and monitory support

Hi all, I have not been on the forum for a while now and it was 1 year on the 11th April 2023 from the operation for my bowel cancer. I am still not feeling as strong as I was before I went into surgery and presently feeling tired all the time and have no trouble sleeping at night but feel sluggish in the head and eyes heavy. I am also getting very breathless with physical work or just working up the stairs.

My doctor has checked my heart over 24 hours and I have had a breath test plus I am presently on a 2 week breath test with a puffer.

Does anyone know if this is normal or just me getting older as I am 69. My weight is good and I am 6 foot and been active all my life so any minor changes in my body and mind I am fully aware of them.

The other issue I need advice on is that I have never made a claim for the cancer treatment I had for the fuel cost. Its been over a year so can this still be claimed for? I have no idea who to send the claim to.
