After the first round of treatment, I found myself bereft of direction, wondering what the future might hold while feeling chained to my diagnosis. I attended a six week course called HOPE run in my local Macmillan centre and have just written about my experiences.
I hope this may be an encouragement to make use of the resources linked to the blog, and perhaps to give the course a try.

I did the online HOPE programme last year. It was good and I happily recommend to others. And your face to face version sounds even better.
Sadly people I have recommended it to have since mentioned HOPE programme appears to have stopped the Cancer HOPE sessions, as their now focussing on other conditions or funding steams
