New month and however we might feel just now, it’s beautiful outside somewhere today. This is something very lovely that eases the anxiety as I await a date for the next op…
Quick walk tonight to blow the cobwebs away . Chilly right enough .
Just had a quick chat today with mum about putting new loft ladders in to make it safer for me going into her attic . “Brilliant idea , I am all for that . I have been wanting to go up there for a while .” I give up !
Hope you all had some sunshine today !

We kind of messed up the times of her infusion yesterday ! Instead of sitting in the chemo chair we were sitting in a coffee shop . The chemo unit had the search team out phoning around . She had to get an additional infusion to top up her levels too.
She also never looks at her mobile phone . It’s for phoning out not in ! Lots of apologise made and quickly took her in .
I did tell her about the a lock for the loft ladders but with a glint in her eyes she would like to advise that it’s her house and her rules !
She also added that the chemo unit had a great laugh at my sister and I trying to phone her with a bad reception . Apparently we entertained the room . Good to know !
She must get a steroid as she has lots of energy after an infusion .
Stwhitm Best wishes to all celebrating.
Hope life is treating you well . We have sunshine today so hope everyone has a good start to their weekend .

I Frequently get fed up with my own recipes so using Waitrose recipe cards and magazines to change things up . This was last Saturday‘a Easter recipe for mum coming round . Every time we make bread I think of Cornwall David who taught us and encouraged us to try it over lockdown ! I think he would approve that we keep on trying .
Of course things have been changed and swapped in like the meat but got some ideas anyway . Doing another one tonight . One thing mum has taught me sometimes in life perseverance matters .
Keep trying everyone whatever you are getting up to .
