New month and however we might feel just now, it’s beautiful outside somewhere today. This is something very lovely that eases the anxiety as I await a date for the next op…
Yes, just about remembered 'white rabbit' this morning. That looks lovely Wellspring I found a large patch of violets in the pony field. They don't really show up, but this some of them. Was chuffed to see them!
Hope everyone has a good Easter however you celebrate or not. Xx
Is the op on the horizon? I always found a lot of waiting with the specialist mdt meetings then they suddenly burst into life .
Hope you have a bag packed !

Well finally got a letter from the collectoral surgeon saying, 'nothing of concern', from the CT. Which I suppose I'm supposed to take as Ned?? Odd phrasing that, same as last year. And she is signing me off, wishes me well. Which seems early, thought it was 5 years? 4 years diagnosis, 3 years end of treatment (never know which to use, as chemo was for vascular invasion... so not quite cancer free?....any thoughts?) So I'm now on my own, with LARS, so not sure what symptoms I'm supposed to look for that are different!!?? But its progress! Just to get rid of the long covid now and the world will be my oyster!!! Here's hoping to do my dream of a trail ride in Wales (ponies!)
Enjoy the sun folks, sat in my field and noted the cherry tree has a couple more blossoms than the couple yesterday. But since we've been having frosts overnight, we don't need too many yet! Bluebell spikes are coming up, so not long. And in the wood canopy the southern beech is starting to green up.
Spring is springing!!!
Well done Gemmary . I had five years in my head too . Must check the guidelines !
Was CEA accurate for you ?
A trail ride in Wales sounds amazing. I need to visit Wales . Think I might have been once but way to young to remember.
We have rain today but still enjoying the rest .
Boiler packed in but a very efficient local company are on the job and a new one getting installed next week . Mum has a caravan so still have access to a shower this week !
Just got to roll with it !

I found a grand total of 2 daffodils in my garden, so have brought them inside to enjoy
Glad you are signed off Gemmary , does sound a bit soon, thought it was 5 years. She must be confident you are OK. They always say nothing of concern, meaning all the odd little things that pop up have not changed! Again, good news. I hope you get rid of the long Covid. What is happening with your joints?
I am having a CT today, as I have had 2 episodes of severe abdo pain recently, possible subacute obstruction from adhesions. The consultant saw me quickly, and I have had bloods too. On a low residudiet once again, ugh, but as long as it works! They normally let me know very quickly
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
