A new month. A new challenge !
Do more of what you love , then come and tell us or show us and despite all that is going on in everyone’s life we can squeeze in some joy !
Couple of challenges going on in our wee Corner of the world . One in memory of dad . A walking challenge ! Just a small one so we don’t get put off !
The other is some therapy ! Mum having not picked up an art brush in thirty years did a seascape . So I will photograph that and post it later and relearning to knit . She is thoroughly enjoying both .
Of course there is the other challenge of preparing for her first intravenous treatment in thirteen years but there is definitely a big win in that equation when you think about it .
Hope you all have a good day and for those in treatment I hope it’s being kind and manageable.
One final point Kareno62 is definitely in the wrong profession . She clearly is a detective and spotted some interesting going ones in Mrs s household . By far the most interesting creation of a bowel I have ever seen in my life and I feel it needs to go and live in some bowel advocacy project to get the attention it deserves .
Wellspring and Gemmary I am actively looking at signs of spring popping through too .
The adventure continues !

Well we’ve got another sunny day here in Lincolnshire. Hubby was working outdoors in a tshirt on Friday although I only managed to get down to 2 layers in the garden.Did a bit of leaf raking and branch collecting and seem to have filled the wheelie bin which doesn’t get emptied until March On the positive side the amaryllis seems to have got the memo about standing up tall.
court Your home looks lovely and cosy - you strike me as being very creative or have a secret sideline working for House Beautiful? x
Yesterday the sun caught our witchazel and drew out its delicious scent. Sadly, I can only post an image and your olfactory nerves will have to imagine the rest…
Hi Court. Would love to see a photo of your snowdrops. Here’s the first daffodil to show its face in our garden today.
Bad Photo Wellspring but they are snowdrops . Trying to take a photo with one hand . But you made me go and look and I found a little crocus coming through !
Love it Kareno62 I wish ! But my dad worked in textiles and was always pointing out colours and fabrics . Mum has a creative eye so I have a thing about colours and textures .
Looking forward to seeing more signs of spring !

In the deep, warm South the sun has drawn forth the crocus from their hibernation and here’s a little clump that greeted us yesterday.
