trying to remain positive, but feel it being drained with all the waiting, each day I get up and think, has it spread else where? has the areas that it’s In gotten worse? Is this delay going to cost me my life? All my test were done in October this is really getting me down now. Sorry for moan.
Hi Mrs fight
My mum’s friend is still waiting too. I totally understand your concern and I feel for you .
Have you thought about emailing the consultants secretary?
Might give it a bit of a push . But also have a bag packed . My mum had a few big waits then when it was eventually done it was within days .
Take care ,

Aw, it's not a moan Mrs fight , trying to switch all the additional thoughts off during the waiting game is exhausting.
I'm in limbo too & between work & home life have been making a few lists of things I can do to prepare. I've almost followed court 's suggestion to pack a bag - I've packed a bag on paper I have purchased some new slipper though

Have you had a diagnosis?
I had colonoscopy CT, MRI and finally an endoscopy with ultrasound and photos with measurements. I asked each time but they would not say Cancer
I had an appointment to see the surgeon after my MDT meeting which was held on Fridays. So I missed the first and I went in on the second then I had to wait for an appointment to see my surgeon
All the time I felt exactly like you. I’d seen it in the colonoscopy and knew it had to go
You could phone your team, I phoned mine at each stage and the told me what was happening
Once you’ve got that date it gives you a focus
Sending you a hug
Ann
Yes I did that too.
But let me add Nighties for easy access!
You can’t be fussing around with PJ bottoms if the nurses need access
I bought a few just short sleeved nighties and big pants.
Nice smelly treats for the bathroom, lavender mist for your pillow and mints are good for the digestion The list could go on , maybe make a list is a good start
Ann
