Trouble sending direct messages

Hi all,

is it usual to have your direct message moderated before they're sent to friends? or am I having a technical glitch?

Been trying all morning to respond to a message (on my phone & couldn't see the error message properly) I've come onto my laptop & can see the error message which says pending moderation. 

Someone on my friends list is going to get repeat messages from me {eek}

  • Could just be a glitch.seems to be lots of those at the moment.mine has no "more" button for instance so I cant correct my spellings or add to my posts.

    Hopefully it will all get sorted soon.I am presuming the tech people are on xmas holiday.

    Could be just a glitch, but it can also happen if the system picks up key words in the filter which need checking. So while it’s not usual to have messages moderated, it can happen.

  • Thanks Kath, going to call the nurses today if there's no appointment in the post -at least I can hopefully find out if a letter has been sent or if I'm expecting a call.

    Just a polite response to a message.This is the message I receive when I hit the send button. 

    "The conversation message is currently unavailable because it is pending review by moderators".

    I've responded to my welcome message to find out what's going on Slight smile
