Might be a silly question but what do you wear coat wise I had it last year but it was summer so never encountered these winter problems I wear a short sleve top bug then with the bottle it's hard to get it through sleves, I know it might sound silly but when it's cold and raining short sleeves don't cut it .

Hello HazG,
I had a 48 hour pump infusion last year. I had a PICC line fitted in the top half of my arm and the tube went from there upwards (around my armpit), then down my torso to the bum bag where the pump was. I didn’t have to put the pump through the lower half of the sleeve and could wear short sleeves, long sleeves, cardigans, jumpers and coats (my biggest problem was not getting it tangled up in my bra). Perhaps I’ve misunderstood your problem? Please correct me if I have.

Bum bag is also my solution! Worth a try.
