Acupuncture and massage

I had a right hemicolectomy in Dec 2021. I didn't need chemo but have been having tingling and numbness in my feet. My GP says it is small fibre nerve damage.i don't want medication, so Is it safe to have massage and accupuncture now?

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
