Welcome to the forum . I would definitely speak to his team about this if it is keeping him up .

They might want to review him in terms of blockages etc .

I have also linked in a group . If you click on it you might find it helpful as everyone is supporting someone in the same situation as you are facing .

It can be really helpful to draw strength from others ideas.

Hi, my husband (64 now) was diagnosed with stage 4 bowl cancer 18 months ago. At the time it had spread to his lungs and liver ( he put off going to the doctors for months, even after nagging from me lol). His lungs are not mentioned now and his liver lesions have reduced but there is a new one that is being kept an eye on. Sorry I digress. The noises are normal apparently (like your tummy rumbling but louder), also the pains are called " the grips".  The wind is normal but if the wind and going to the toilet stop and he vomits alot this could be a blockage. My husband has been admitted 3 times with this. Not nice but the relief on his face when cleared is the best to see. This last time he has nausea everyday until we were told to take anti sickness tablets, which fingers crossed atm have helped. I hope this has helped. Sorry for the essay.
