Hi everyone,
After 2 years i seemed to have developed Scar tissue pain in the abdomen and its horrendous, have had scan and ultrasound which has ruled out any reoccurrence thankfully but i can't handle the pain, had anyone any ideas how to self manage, any help would be gratefully received,

I think if it involves nerve tethering you might like to think about getting referred to a chronic pain clinic . They are often ran by anaesthetists and can look into the root cause of the pain but also the best ways to manage it .
I honestly think it would be hard to achieve that yourself . My dad had a nerve injury following surgery and they did help him. This is a recognised problem . Your GP should also be able to start helping you at one level .
