Hi everyone! I am 24, recently diagnosed with bowel cancer.
I am looking for people to share their success and happy stories, to let me know in this time that it is not over and I have every chance of living a long happy life.
thank you in advance
Hi Leighsp. If you click on my name then you can see my story. I’m now 5 years clear as are the 2 ladies that I buddied up with on the bowel cancer uk board. You might want to have a look on that board too as they have a Younger People with Bowel Cancer page?
hi Leighsp, I was diagnosed in 2010 with rectal cancer. I'm still cancer free. Some changes needed to be made but nothing that's changed my life. It can be very scary when diagnosed but quite quickly it becomes the new normal. For me there were many twists and turns along the way. Everyone's journey is different. Ha g on in there.
