KRAS info needed

My understanding is limited but I think the main point is treatments like some biological agents are not as useful so they would not possibly use them. However saying that it’s only one factor and some of the research seems to suggested other factors should be used when deciding the best treatment .

Also the most important thing for anyone with a spread is being chemo responsive. You are most certainly that ! Hold that tight !

My mum has never used targeted agents . Just plain old chemo and we never knew her status until 2016 !

i all ok just get confused the oxilpatin stopped working so now on excuse spelling the irinotecan with the tablets

No she wasn’t but she responded well to chemo . I think they eventually have to move to another treatment but that doors not mean after a break they can’t go back and re challenge with it again at a later date . That’s where the skill of the oncologist comes in .

Mum has a bit of sciatica which is new for her but doing ok and had a few chiropractor sessions . 
Glad your coping with this chemo . The other thing to remember some people are staying on that one for literally hundreds of rounds . Have a look at bowel cancer U.K. forum and you will see post from stage 4 people on it for years .
