This is just to say a big thank you to you all for keeping my spirits up over the last 18 months. I had a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago and there is no sign of any disease in my colon, my last Pet scan was normal and my blood markers are also normal. I am being signed off from my oncology doctors to the surgical team. My surgeon wants me to think about having my stoma reversed, all things I would not have thought possible a year ago.
I found that the people on these forums are the greatest when it comes to support and good sense, so THANK YOU.
Aww that’s great news Matilda5 and there’s plenty support here if you decide to have your stoma reversed
Take care
