Hello! Hope you all are keeping well. Haven’t been here for a while as have been busy with working and family.
thought it would be nice for me to update you all since my last post a few months ago re my husband’s stage 4 bowel journey since his first diagnosis after emergency op in December 2020. Had our oncologist appointment on Tuesday just gone… his ct scan all clear, blood tests normal. NED for the 4th time!!! since his 2nd op to remove that little bugger in his abdomen cavity last year in July.
It’s been a full year without any treatments or chemo. He is doing really well, back to work full time now. Living our lives to the max!
Looking forward to our another holiday in August and will be spending the whole summer in our caravan as well lol.
I’ve learnt that there is no point worrying over something we can’t control also don’t know what’s going to happen around the corner, so we just taking one day at a time and focus on enjoying our lives, make memories and be happy. So that’s what we did this year and it helped with our mentality with more positivity.

p.s we have enjoyed our holiday in Mexico last April for our honey “family “ moon and there a photo of us with dolphins - one of my husband’s dreams complete!

We are plodding on thanks. Have enjoyed some travel unfortunately bought Covid back with us so now locked down. Was it worth it
Yes.
I saw my grandchildren who were 3 & 4 last time i saw them. They’re 6 & 7 now.
Soon as I test negative I’m planning on some day trips.
