Hi all ,my wife is terminal cancer (colon) 4 tumors in colon area, she has been being sick for a few day macmillan nurse is amazing, but it may be a blockage they are keeping a close eye on her ,was wondering if any one has anything similar advice good or bad thanks
Hi Taffy2210
Welcome to the forum .
I am so sorry to hear about your wife . Are you caring for her at home ?
Blockages can be tricky . Has her surgeon seen her and advised about diet etc ? Some people get surgical intervention if required and there are ways of helping if diet does not resolve it .
Glad to hear they are monitoring her .
Take care ,

Hi ,
I think there are other reasons too . Bowel cancer can on occasions go to the bones but it is quite rare . That’s my limited understanding . People who have bone mets do still have treatment options . Some people have used radiotherapy well in that situation.
It’s all very overwhelming initially. Thinking of you both . Our helpline staff would be happy to chat this through with you on 0808 808 0000
