Hi . Are you feeling nauseous or just generally bleurgh? I think I was given antisickness pills but if they’re not working then could you ring your nurse and try a different type? Don’t worry about ‘healthy’ eating for now - just eat whatever you can face and try little and often if you’re struggling. I was sick of the sight of chicken soup but sometimes it was all I could face. Hope you start to pick up a bit soon x
