Today mum turns 80 ! Something I did not think remotely possible back in 2009 ! She has a Bowel babe rose ordered from the grandchildren . She also was diagnosed 13 years ago this summer .
Thanks to chemo , her wonderful team , willing surgeons and her ability to keep on enduring . Much to be thankful for .
She got up early yesterday, got all dressed up but wondered why no one was phoning to wish her happy birthday . Realised she was a day early so changed and put the washing out instead . 
Much love to all starting treatment . Hope this brings some hope to your situation today .
