I have my colonoscopy tomorrow so needed to start bowel prep today, the instructions given were absolute pants and I didn’t realise I had to take my first dose at a certain time (7pm) so I started it at 3pm (finished it just before 5). Now I’m panicking that I have done it wrong and it’s not going to work. My second dose is to be taken at 6am tomorrow.
I’m worried that the 2nd dose won’t work as well as it should if there has been too big of a gap between doses. Has anyone ever made this mistake? Should I wake up earlier to have the next dose?
