I wanted to say hello Elsie
Im sorry you’re feeling alone. Like court mentioned MacMillan are really helpful and will put you in touch with a therapist which is six weeks CBT or a longer individual program. There’s a waiting list but they stay in touch and get you help as soon as they can. There’s no charge.
I also phoned my GP who prescribed me some happy pills.
It may help you. Talking here I found so much support so that’s an option so that you don’t feel alone
If you click on peoples names you can read their bio. I had a LAR and as you can tell by my avatar I have a stoma.
Ann
