Hello everyone, I need to totally change my lifestyle as I go forward. I’m pretty sure my cancer is because I’m overweight, terrible diet and I smoke.
I have no real idea about nutrition and I don’t like cooking. I was thinking about hiring a nutritionist, wondering if anyone has gone down this route?
Also I’m finding it so difficult to give up smoking…I realise just how stupid that it. Wondering how other people have coped? x
A lot of research looking at the benefits of even mild exercise during treatment. Linked in some Macmillan guidance .
Just another aspect !
Take care ,
