Hi I was meant to have my 3rd cycle of chemo last week but it was cancelled as I had covid. I am still not feeling 100% so it’s been scheduled for another 2 weeks due to me going away for a long weekend. Does doing this have an impact on the chemo you have had? Is it a bad thing to do? Thanks
This is just my very humble view out with the medical aspects . I thought it did my mum the world of good and she had it I both years she had chemo . She regained strength and helped her complete it all . As we were able to see the effects of chemo it did not seem to affect it over that timescale .
Have a wonderful time

Hi MJ84, I had 3 cycles but my 4 th and last one was cancelled because I had a abscess burst in my stomach. So my last one has been cancelled because they can’t do it because of risk to the infection. It is such a pain because you get all geared up for it. Hope you get back on track soon. Hope you are feeling better xx
