Ct scans are back

Did you not just have some shrinkage ? Have you been off chemo for long ?

It could just be the return of post chemo practice where that would have been normal . It could also be that they have treatment options they want to consider . That would previously have been the remit of the consultant . 
On its own it’s not necessarily bad news . She may not have access to the Radiographers full report . There are legalities in giving out the wrong information so I can understand why this would be the case .

yeah I had shrinkage , I just really over thinking 

I have done 6 out of 10 radiotherapy sessions now on elbow.

I think he wants to talk further treatment as I do remember him saying more chemotherapy after radiotherapy

I can just imagine my sons eye rolling at the thought of a wee me on their shoulders .

I think you all do amazingly well handling the uncertainties. I actually found it very hard even as a relative . I coped much better when plans were in place .

I think your team will consider it a win to get shrinkage but my mum’s oncologist was very relaxed about expecting some regrowth off chemotherapy where as we were devastated . However she would get more chemo and again it shrank away  again . They have the experience we do not . The whole chronic condition approach . 
I would find it much better if you could access results before meetings as the waiting room stress really impacted my ability to focus on what was being said . I would prefer it like the US where you have time to process it and ask meaningful questions ,

Hi court,

I think my elbow isn’t so swollen but I not sure as when the cancer agrevates the joint I get fluid around it. Hoping he can give me some answers tomorrow.

it is definitely the waiting I find the worse and I do feel better when I know the next step

Hi well not so good results I got more lung modules so they changing my chemotherapy to ironotecan with the chemo tablets start this in few weeks time, I also being referred to Harley street about trials xxx

feeling like there is no end to my tunnel

So sorry to hear that Bud 18 is there a radiotherapy option like radio frequency ablation after chemo ?

Such a blow and totally understandable that it has knocked you but you are Chemo responsive and it will hopefully get it back under control . How has your elbow been responding ? Where they happy with that aspect .
