Hi all ,
has anyone tried irrigation/ enimas to regulate bowel contro ? I’m almost 1 1/2 years from LAR and still have issues . Especially in the evening when my bowels decide to wake up and I get alot of embarrassing wind and trips to the loo . It’s not always bad . Psyllium husk works well but I still struggle sometimes. I’m constipated more than loose but it doesn’t stop the urge to go . I’m going to phone my dr but just wondered if anyone has found it helps ?

Hi me dear , yes I’ve asked on there . Had alot of good advice but just wanted to ask on here too as it’s more uk based and can recommend uk brands . I’ve just made appointment to chat with my dr but can’t get to speak to him until 7th
