Be blunt....I think cancer increases the ability to be as blunt as f...., tell her to pack it in as its annoying you and you have enough to deal with. That said obvs make sure your cleaning up your own " spillage" 

As dom 1969 said she needs to talk to you and share your problem. Re the leakage, I only have the problem on very rare occasions when my stomach is a bit upset and what was supposed to be wind isn't! I keep perservering with the sphincter strengthening exercises and they help.

Span001 .You have to look at this from your wife's side .With the current situation with Covid .I'm sure you she is only trying to help you.If she didn't  what would you have to say .

As for spillage what you see is the easy bit. Better to be safe than sorry. She is only trying to help you and I'm sure that you understand that it's a difficult time for both sides After your reversal I couldn't move without husband wanting to help .She will ease of. So be a bit more understanding .
