Sooooo stage 2A ( intramural VI)

tried capcet tabs …. Nausea and Vomiting ceased after 5 days

started QUASAR LV/5FU 30x weekly … ceased today after 2 rounds as LFTs increased by 500% in 2 weeks

guess no chemo options left for me

can’t decide if happy or sad dont like decision taken out of my hands

anyone else been here ?? :(((((

Thnx Gemmary … guess mines now a pretty black and white decision. Been reading up on raised liver enzymes. Not a good idea to keep flogging liver !!

You did your best and two is still some protection . You don’t want to end up developing other health issues .

Treatment is hard as there are aspects completely out with your control .

The old risk/benefit analysis.

Yes Court My chemotherapy was a belt and braces I had never felt so bad and it was interfering with my pills (Epilepsy).As you know who sated he had cut out the tumour When I told the Chemo Doc she turned her back to me..

Mr Alani was delighted that I didn't get any more .

liver enzymes lower this week so will try once more on reduced dose :)

They reduced my chemo twice to help me, then that was it, couldn't reduce any more. I then went for the mantra 'just one more'. And then it was the last one!
