Mum's decided to go for the operation

I had the operation and  it was the best thing  to get it done  Try and stay away from Google  it doesn't help .Just get things sorted around the house especially in the kitchen . Try and get them sthat your mum doesn't have to stretch .and no heavy lifting  .The kettle should be the heaviest thing Good luck .Alaine

All the very best to your mum . You sound as though you have had the opportunity to ask more questions for her to make an informed choice .

Not ease at all but her decision is made and I look forward to hearing she is safely through surgery .
