Hi all hope you are all well!
Hi ,
I am not sure what the actual stats are . My mum’s was not caught early but at no point did the dr suggest it was caught early . If they have committed to that statement I would hold onto it as they have had a good visual on its size and shape . What I did find was they did not sugar coat anything so I would at least take it as a positive !
It is totally understandable to worry about a spread . However in a bowel cancer setting it actually does not mean that it does not have good options ! My own mum is still here after twelve years of a stage 4 diagnosis.
Hope that gives you a little encouragement.
Take care ,

Hi, I’m keeping everything crossed for your mum.
Mine was caught early and hadn’t spread and I didn’t need chemo so although I don’t know the exact stats I hope it helps knowing that there is a good chance the doctor was being appropriately reassuring.
lots of love to you and your family xx
