Hello… hope you are all having a relaxing evening. I had 5 weeks of chemo radiation couple months ago for recital cancer and looking like op start of next year depending on mri/ct scans in mid December. I have been keeping well enough and back at work. The last week or so I have started to get a stitch like pain on my left side mostly just under rib. It comes and goes and it’s more a niggle but has got a bit worse. Has anyone experienced this? I’m starting to get a little anxious about scans as they are in a couple of weeks so I will probably find out results the week of Xmas.

I just want to wish you all the very best with your scans . I think a lot of people are more aware of pains the week before scan results . I sometimes wonder if people are subconsciously holding their abdominal muscles tighter as it comes up a lot .
My mum always got scan results the week of Christmas for about five years in a row then we got bold and pushed then back to January.
Its a horrible pressure but starting a new year by removing this disease and rebuilding your life is great news .
How have this been for you ? Hope life and family all doing well .
Take care ,
