Well not sure what's happened but am fatigued again. Do you reckon its the cold weather? Which I normally don't mind, I like frosts. Thoughts welcome.

Well I was just going to PM you . Seems we have had exposure to covid again . Mum has her covid toes back and I have had this horrible exhaustion that starts in my face for three weeks . Not my body . It’s the strangest thing ! I look as though I have had no sleep but my energy levels are fine . Same as last time we are not testing positive for covid so must have been a few weeks ago . My husband wondered if it’s a bit of long covid popping up . 
Is it a complete physical exhaustion for you affecting everything?

I am Wondering if symptoms surface again when you have more exposure again .

Sorry you are going through these strange symptoms and your mum too. Just wondering have you recently had your booster jab?  Only asking because I had mine and was wiped out next day felt exhausted, whilst hubby was fine. But my two daughters had bad symptoms which included both of them and now my son also developing a frozen shoulder. 
I know the vaccine doesn’t include live Covid. But wonder if it triggers if you had COVID previously.

Frozen shoulders don’t sound very good ! That’s really unfortunate. My mum seems pretty immune to covid as she has been directly exposed to it a few times and only ever develops covid toes ! This time a bit dizzy with covid toes . 

But it seems to have actually left her system when the covid toes emerge. 
It’s a strange virus for sure but I am so grateful both my parents seem to be largely unaffected by it  on the whole .

My dad has been coughed directly in the company of someone who was covid positive prior to any vaccine and had absolutely no reaction!

I have heard you get a different booster ? Is that correct !

We shall see what happens !

Yes we have had flu jab as well.  Yes we had Astra first two jabs, this last one phizer

I do think frozen shoulder in the genes from me. I had one when I was in my 40,s then my son got one, then my youngest now my middle daughter who knows what links it. Mine took long time and lots of treatment to release it. I had a brilliant physio at the time who wouldn’t give up on me. Manipulation under anaesthetic twice, cortisone injections, lots of therapy and finally hydrotherapy did the trick.

wow it’s quite amazing your parents bodies dealing with Covid so well. I wonder if hubby immune he has never had COVID but last March when he was in hospital 5 weeks at start of lockdown he had 17 ward moves and several of those he was put on Covid  wards as he had spiked temperature and chest problems but was always COVID clear in his tests.

process I remember being amazed your husband was actually in the same room and not catching covid ! Especially when their immune system is working so hard . 
My dad so far has no reaction to anything ! To think it really floors some people are others have no reaction at all .

I think if you had the AZ one, you change. I've had 3 Pfizer, and husband did. The Pfizer and moderna are rDNA ones , I think, so they are preferring these for omecron.

Sorry to hear you are all poorly again, fingers crossed for a speedy recovery. Relapses for/into long covid seem to be about the 11 to 13 week mark. I've just checked when my booster was!!! Only 8 weeks ago, but I wonder..... The booster was the worst by far of the 3 symptom wise.
