Hi anyone in the group have had the life Mel honey and what they thought
Do you mean manuka honey ? Are we talking about the same thing ?
If so my mum used it for its antibacterial properties ! It was only after chemo I learnt some honey can interact with certain chemos ! That may be outdated now as it was a long time ago but the guidance was to run it by your oncologist for approval !
Saying that she has no infections on chemo !

Certainly my mum had chemo for two years and her white cells stayed up ! Can’t say the same for her platelets though ! .
Be interesting to know what the oncologists think !

They dropped down to the minimum requirement! They have never come back up ! One of those odd things but she seems to survive like that now !
They think the liver resection might have contributed the first year !
She still made it through a second year of chemo despite them being low !
