Feeling anxious I'm going to see my surgeon tomorrow I haven't seen him since Feb when he told me I has to have mop up chemo 0ne lymph node out of 26 I only managed 5 before it was stopped long story

Think I'm more anxious about the scan he will book I know it's necessary but it's still worrying.

Also my scar line is still healing from 10 weeks ago when I feel down the stairs and I got a hematoma so it's still been dressed.its over granulated and I'm now having steriod tape on it god knows what he'll say about that !!

Hi HazG. You sound like you’re going to see a teacher to be told off! This will just be a catch up appointment to see how you’re doing? He will know that you had to stop chemo and will know how hard you tried but it just wasn’t tolerable for you. Yes he’ll probably book a scan but that is normal follow up procedure and will hopefully confirm that you’re still cancer free? I’m sure he’ll be sympathetic about the scar line but will be glad that you weren’t badly hurt in the fall.
Try not to over worry this abd let us know how you get on?

Hope you got on ok HazG. These appointments are so draining to think about but hope it brought some reassurance!
