Side effects of nivolumab immunotherapy

My husband had he's 4th infusion of nivolumab on Wednesday after every cycle he suffers with really bad leg twitches and aching feet I'm just wondering if anyone else suffers with this after immunotherapy and if so is there anything he can take to ease the side effects he can't sleep for the twitching and aching not even sleeping tablets help him any advice or recommendations are appreciated.

Just wondered about asking this over on the melanoma forum as they are much further down the road in using Immunotherapy and I am sure they would not mind at all !
