So , so sorry to read you have a recurrence. Completely understandable that you needed time to process that type of information! 
If I remember correctly you had a clear scan not so long ago so hopefully this has been caught quite early and can be nipped in the bud ! It also appears you have a low volume of tumour in that your being referred straight to surgery !
In the U.K. they still operate with curative intent so hand onto that . I have been in touch with people over the years who continue to do well after hipec ! In fact a few years after surgery one became a daddy and enjoying that aspect of life !
