Please bare with me it’s taken me days to write this. I must of tried to write this over 50 times.
As I’ve already posted a year ago cancer boom out of nowhere changed my family forever My big brother 41- full on terminal cancer.
Everyday since I have struggled with trying to process why, how and what will happen. (My big brother the most athletic, heathy eating, gym fanatic person I know.. why him)My brother is not able to have surgery, he is now on his last session next week of chemotherapy.
Sunday 03/10/21 my brother (against oncologist advice) fulfilled his childhood dream. He ran the London Marathon. There were some points we didn’t think he would complete it… but he smashed it.
I just to share this for anybody who has cancer and for the families who are supporting people with cancer. Macmillan you have been amazing and thank you for the support you’ve given myself and my family xx”
. What an amazing achievement. I think this epitomises the outlook of living with cancer - big high five to your brother x
