Hi, got my appointment Thursday for my couple of lung nodules and left elbow, since being told its back again I cannot stomach food, I ache and have no focus at all, I just wanna sleep feel so drained. Am I weird or is the normal.
I wanna ask about lung ablation as read on here it has a good response, also I want chemo as belt and braces as never had it and think I need it, as for my elbow I am terrified it's the unknown, I keep thinking they have given me a death sentence which is stupid way to think.
I want my positive attitude back but don't know how

Hi Court, thank you for asking. I had.another colonoscopy, but it was only of the lower bowel. I was handed a report. That said it was a small 8-10mm lesion in the rectosignoid. A deep submucosal invasion. So I took this to mean cancer. Lots of medical references like Pitt patterns etc. I did hear him say to a colleague that it looked like an ulcer. I know I have scaring from the radiotheraphy, when I asked if was cancerous he didn’t answer. He took 9 biopsies.it couldn’t be resectable by standard resection techniques but wondered if it would be suitable for full thickness resection or Endorotor if surgical management is not an option. But when my chemo nurse called with the inconclusive, she mentioned about the surgeon but obviously didn’t want to give me cancer treatment if it wasn’t cancer. So I’m assuming it will be surgery. Sorry it took a while to reply, went away no WiFi on my iPad. Should get y daughter to change my phone password then I might be able to use that,I’m not very good with technology, but I’m grateful for the bit I know is to access this site. Nelly 55
Hi Drago99, I will have a look at that site. Thank you Nelly55
Hi Court sorry for late reply I currently in cornwall.
I have 3 nodules on right lung, but they said I was a rare one due to elbow, oncologist is getting histologist to get all my biopsies fron the start to see what is going on.
The lung they not sure if bowel met or lung, the elbow they really don't know, having another pet scan then when histology report back they will do treatment plan, they did mention radiotherapy on elbow, I asked if I was gonna die x4 times they did say no.
Will keep you updated
Hope you and mum okay

A tiny wee thing Nelly1955 hardly the size of your pinkie nail ! It’s horrible how something this size brings so much anxiety but they must surely have lots of options to deal with this one way or another !
That was roughly the size of my mum’s last met and they got that taken care of very efficiently!
I hope you get this resolved and you can focus on more long term health and well-being issues !
Great you made it away ! I know you were in two minds but you did it ! Well done and I hope things start to pick up for you too!
Take care ,

Hi Im a normally very positive person, but this I'm afraid kicked me down and I couldn't get up by myself. I have since joined a Mindfulness group through my GP, although I understand you can self-refer now, it's definitely worth checking out. I also joined a cancer coach group and that has been incredibly helpful.
I appreciate that we are all different, and it may not be your thing, but honestly, it wasn't mine until I tried it.
Hope you are ok and as for your elbow, hoping the results come back clear to alleviate any further worries for you.
Take care.
