Hi ,I’m wondering if anyone has experience with chemo and alternative therapies of all kinds ?? I’m down the rabbit hole with google (don’t do it ) and now asking actual people wt their experiences are ? I will always check with oncology every time to make sure it’s not interactive with chemotherapy drugs

I get the turkey tail from Antioxi, recommended by someone on bowel cancer UK. There's a lot of stuff online about the benefits to fight cancer and aid chemo. Not sure if it's helping but it makes me feel like I'm doing something!
I've got a nutribullet which I've used every day since buying it about 3 years ago. So quick and easy, can even chuck in frozen fruit like blueberries and frozen spinach. Might not be ideal with a stoma although there must be some stoma friendly smoothie recipes. x
Thanks star74 I’ll look into it , like you say you feel like you are doing something! I’ll also look into smoothies and speak to stoma nurse , I know capecitabine can’t be taken with navel orange and pineapple?? But there’s plenty of other fruits etc
Thank you for helping
